1. Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish the legal agreement between the tkbd3 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "Member"). By using the tkbd3 website and all its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → receive ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, excluding the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once — per individual, per device, or per IP address.
• Bonuses are not transferable to third parties.
• If the deposit amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses of the same type cannot be active at the same time.
• tkbd3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6. VIP Program

The tkbd3 VIP program has 5 tiers. Members advance to higher tiers based on their activity and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.

Cashback is credited directly to your account and is withdrawable subject to specific conditions. tkbd3 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP tiers.

7. Gaming Rules and Betting Policy

Various types of games and betting options are available on the tkbd3 platform. All games are conducted fairly and transparently.

7.1 General Gaming Terms

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, tkbd3 may cancel that round and return the original bet amount.
• If evidence of manipulation of game results is found, the relevant account will be cancelled immediately.
• In sports betting, we use general examples rather than referring to specific clubs, players, or actual match outcomes.

7.2 Software Errors

Winnings or balances displayed incorrectly due to a software error will not be considered valid. In such cases, tkbd3 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the applicable balance.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbd3 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting").
• Money laundering or any financial crime.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Hacking or attempting cyber attacks.
• Harassing others or attempting to damage the platform.
• Impersonating tkbd3 staff.

If such activities are detected, the account may be closed, funds forfeited, and applicable legal action taken.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, all remaining parts will remain in full effect.
